Welcome to TubeUtility! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://tubeutility.com.ng (the "Site") and the various creator tools and services provided through the Site.

By accessing or using TubeUtility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Description of Service

TubeUtility provides a suite of web-based tools for content creators, including but not limited to income calculators, engagement analyzers, and branding generators (the "Tools"). These Tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality—including the specific logic, formulas, and "neo-brutalist" design aesthetic—are and will remain the exclusive property of Isaac Ogunwale (Zikcolle) and TubeUtility. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

3. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy

Input Data: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you input into our calculators.

Tool Output: You acknowledge that the results provided by our Tools (such as sponsorship rates or profit estimates) are based on averages and benchmarks. TubeUtility does not guarantee that these results will reflect your actual earnings or platform performance.

Branding: When using our Username Generator or Title Analyzer, you are responsible for ensuring that your final choice does not infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," or "spam."
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or the server on which the Site is stored.
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to "scrape" or copy the logic and code of our Tools for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TubeUtility, nor its founder Isaac Ogunwale, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Tools.
• Any financial decision made based on the estimates provided by our calculators.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers or personal information stored therein.

6. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TubeUtility makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
